Designer Fitness™ LLC- A Total Wellness Design and Training Center was established by Sandra Bogdanski Philbin - Owner/Holistic Wellness Strategist and Lifestyle Coach  in 1988 and is a leader in introducing Personalized Fitness Programs to Spokane WA. Our services have since expanded to include consulting and holistic educational programs and services to impart knowledge and develop strategies to assist and guide clients in reaching their goals and full potential while achieving optimal well-being.

Our "Wellness Through Education" workshops and "Energize in Five" series were developed for workplace wellness programs by providing fitness tools, resources and education for individuals to take charge of their health and were designed as a preventative and pro-active approach to staying healthy.

The "Wellness through Education" workshops are uniquely designed and are holistic in nature to encompass all aspects of health and wellness - (physical, mental, financial, relational, professional, and spiritual).

Sandra and Barry Philbin are available for speaking engagements and classes for Corporate Wellness Programs, Retreats, Workshops, and Conventions.  They aspire to encourage you to follow the song in your heart, discover your purpose, pursue it with passion and believe in yourself and your dreams.
