The outcomes of these coaching conversations lay the foundation for immediate and long-term breakthroughs to: • Open the way for continuous dialogue about progress and performance. • Help frontline employees and direct reports be realistic about their situations. • Address the root causes of performance gaps effectively. • Generate innovative ideas for improvement. • Focus on critical behaviors that can transform performance. • Generate ownership of, and accountability for, specific action plans.
Bio:
Mr. Pyper holds an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at BYU and a BS in Psychology from BYU. He brings 23 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator and business partner. His highly regarded expertise has earned him the trust and confidence of his clients and a seat at the table as they launch key initiatives to drive key business results. Greg believes in the power of teaching in “real time”, meaning he teaches participants the InsideOut process by tackling challenges they’re facing at the moment, or using real-world examples. Greg explains, “Rather than spelling it out for them, I help participants draw the answers they are seeking from themselves. By solving real problems, participants learn firsthand the power of the InsideOut approach to achieve breakthrough performance.” Known for his engaging style, Greg has helped clients reconnect with their own ability to affect the kind of change they could only aspire to; for themselves and for their organizations.
