Today, Steffan provides consulting and training that increases your ability to bring high performers into your organization. Through his work as a Senior Consultant for Personified, a CareerBuilder company, Steffan has designed training solutions for clients that include Microsoft, Siemens and Gartner.
Since 1983, Steffan Martell has held a diverse range of recruiting leadership and senior executive positions that pivot around key aspects of Talent Acquisition and Management, leading teams for Honeywell/Allied Signal, Electronic Arts, Canada’s national telecom, TELUS. Additionally, he has consulted for Starbucks and Russell Investments and is formerly a Vice President with The Adler Group and a Senior Consultant for DBM’s International Center for Executive Options.
Beyond corporate roles, Steffan has incubated, created and built high-tech organizations, spinning off Honeywell IP into companies that achieved market success. Steffan also brings a unique perspective regarding candidate and corporate on-line behaviors from his tenure leading The Scientist Magazine’s career site.
